    Why should you attend?

    • Grad Bash is the ultimate graduation celebration for high school seniors. Encompassing BOTH Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure, it features the largest "footprint" of any Orlando graduation event. With cutting-edge rides and attractions, the hottest street entertainment and more, it's a party only Universal can throw!

    Who is eligible to attend?

    • Only BHS students in the class of 2025 and the BHS chaperones are allowed to attend.
    • Students must have a 2.0 cumulative unweighted GPA
    • Students must have earned at least 17 credits as of November 1.
    • Students must have earned at least 20.5 credits as of February 1.
    • A student may be denied to attend the field trip at the principal's discretion.

    How much does it cost?

    • The cost for this year's trip is $250.  The cost will include:
      • The charter bus trip from BHS to Universal Orlando and back to BHS.
      • Your ticket to Grad Bash
      • One (1) Universal Dining Card valued at $20.

    When is payment due?

    • The deadline to guarantee a ticket is January 31st. You must pay in full to guarantee a ticket.
    • Any and all payments made towards the grad trip are NON-REFUNDABLE.
    • A signed permission slip is due to Mr. Wilson at the time payment is made.

    How can I pay?

    • Payments may be made by cash, money order, or via Revtrak.
    • No checks are allowed.
    • No annual passes are permitted for this event.

    What is the timeline on the day of Grad Bash?

    • 12:00 p.m. – Seniors report to the auditorium
    • 12:30 p.m. – Bus leaves BHS for Universal Orlando.
    • 4:00 p.m. – Arrive at Universal Orlando.
    • 2:00 a.m. – Seniors report to departure area in the park.
    • 2:30 a.m. – Bus leaves Universal Orlando for BHS
    • 5:00 a.m. – Arrive at BHS

    What kind of security will be present?

    • All bags, pockets, and other items are checked for any illegal substances and weapons.  All questionable items will be confiscated at the gate.
    • Security is visibly present throughout the park during the event. 
    • When entering Grad Bash, both seniors and chaperones will go through a security check that includes passing through a metal detector.
    • Security will also be screening seniors and chaperones for the following prohibited items: alcohol, illegal drugs, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, tobacco items, weapons, chains, spiked collars, spiked belts, and any accessories that may be used as a weapon. 
    • All unauthorized items will be confiscated by security.
    • All school rules and consequences apply to all actions during this school event.

    Are there restrictions on prescription medicine?

    • Any medicine, including prescription medicine, must be on file with the clinic along with a doctor’s authorization at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

    Arrival

    • Seniors will be assigned solid color wristbands. Seniors should take a picture of their ticket on their cell phone in case they lose their ticket.

    Is there a dress code?

    • Yes.  Universal Orlando Resort’s Security team strictly enforces all dress code regulations for Grad Bash.
    • Students will be subject to inspection by BHS personnel prior to boarding the bus. 
    • Students that do not follow this dress code will not be permitted on the bus and will not receive a refund for the event.
    • DRESS CODE - WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED
      • Attire with school name or logo.
      • Area codes displayed on clothing
      • Clothing with obscene, offensive language or graphics
      • Jerseys of any kind
      • Large Bags, backpacks, or purses larger than 8.5” by 5.5”
      • Clothing that exposes excessive portions of skin that may be viewed as inappropriate (bikinis tops, bikini bottoms, midriff shirts, crop tops, extreme low-cut tops, spaghetti straps)
      • Sleeveless shirts (all shirt sleeves must be at least 3” in length)
      • Clothing with excessive holes or shredding
      • Clothing that is too tight or revealing
      • Visible undergarments
      • Tank tops, undershirts, sleeveless tops
      • Pants falling below the waist
      • Tops that show midriff or cleavage
      • Accessories such as spiked collars, studded/spiked belts, chains hanging from neck, belt, or pocket or attached to a wallet, or including sharp objects.
      • Nylon basketball shorts
      • Spandex body suits
      • Sheer / see through leggings
      • Short shorts (must be at least mid-thigh)
      • Water shoes
