School Based Health Center (SBHC)

MCR Health, in partnership with the School District of Manatee County, offers on-site medical care services to students who have parental consent and are enrolled at Southeast High School.
Services include:
- Annual Wellness Exams
- Sick Visits
- Behavioral Health Services
- Immunizations
- Vision Screenings Dental Services and more!
Most private insurance, as well as Medicaid, is accepted. For students with no insurance, sliding scale fees are available for those who qualify, and help is available to apply for coverage.
