Small-XL = $35. 2x = $37. 3X-6X = $39. Orders made with exact cash or check made out to Southeast High can be made in Mrs. Rees' classroomby Southeast High Seniors.- Exact cash & check sales will be at the Senior Booth in the cafeteria during all lunches on Thursday & Friday, September 21 & 22.

September 11 -- Post-Secondary College Fair (College Admissions Representatives) at MTC (Manatee Technical College Main Campus) for Juniors & Seniors. 5:30 - 7:30 pmSeptember 20 -- Senior Meeting, Auditorium. Seniors released at 9:00 am. Seniors who cannot attend should come to the Senior Parent Meeting at 6:30 pm or see Mrs. Rees. Remember the FAFSA is the first step to receiving financial aid (FREE MONEY). The quicker you complete your FAFSA, the better your score.October 31 -- Deadline to have senior picture taken at the local Lifetouch studio in order to be included in the yearbook. Seniors who preorder receive a free panoramic photo.February 9 -- Last day for Grad Bash ticket sales. Seniors must complete paperwork and prepay for tickets by February 9. The Teachers Choice Awards student invitations will be distributed in the first period teacher's class.April 13 -- Grad Bash (Prepaid ticket required. Because this is a special Universal Studios event, no season passes may be used. Students must ride provided transportation.)April 20 -- Prom. More information can be obtained from the Junior Class Adviser, Ms. Tish Jones.- Early Bird Prom Ticket Sales—TBA during all lunches. This price is only for SE Juniors & Seniors—NOT for their guest.

- Guest can not be younger than 9th grade or older than age 20 on the day of prom.
- In order to purchase tickets, student can not owe money/books to the school district, and seniors must have paid Graduation Fees.
April 22-26 -- Senior privileges will take place. TBD. Senior Privileges end after April 26.May 6 & 7 -- Cap & Gown Distribution during lunches for seniors who have pre-ordered cap/gown and paid Graduation Fees. Seniors who are testing or taking classes off campus may pick them up between 2:45 pm - 4:00 pm in the cafeteria on Monday, May 6. Questions? Message Ms. Rees.Seniors who have not paid Grad Fees or seniors who did not provide measurements by Feb. 15 will have to wait until after these distribution dates to pay and receive cap/gowns.
May 6-10 -- Senior Exams. Schedule TBA.May 8 -- Senior/Junior Awards Ceremony, Auditorium, 6:00 pm. Students receiving awards will be notified. Questions? See Mr. Harvey, College and Career Counselor.May 9 -- IB Pinning Ceremony, 6:00 pm, Auditorium. Questions? See Ms. Bishop.May 10 -- By noon, books and electronics must be returned, and debts paid to the school district before graduation tickets will be given to the graduating senior on May 15 & 16.Check the debt lists posted around campus. Classwork must be completed.May 10 -- Senior Picnic. 11:00 am - 12:30 pm. Only the graduating Southeast High School Class of 2023 Seniors and Southeast High School staff may attend. Games. Yearbooks.Seniors park in New Gym Parking Lot. Seniors may only be on the main campus if completing semester makeup work or exams. Make-up Exams must be scheduled with the teacher and are due by May 14, 2024 at 10:00 am.May 13 -- Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal, 9:00-11:00 am. Softball Field.11:30 am-2:00 pm. Graduation Ticket pick-up in the auditorium. Ten (10) FREE Tickets for Graduation will be distributed to the Spring Graduating Seniors by the counselors. Parents must have written permission to pick up the tickets for the senior if the senior cannot pick up the tickets. Seniors must be debt-free to the school district and have met graduation requirements in order to receive free tickets. No extra tickets are available.May 14 -- 8:00 am-12:00 noon. Graduation Ticket pick-up in the auditorium. Ten (10) FREE Tickets for Graduation will be distributed to the Spring Graduating Seniors by the guidance counselors.Parents must have written permission to pick up the tickets for the senior if the senior cannot pick up the tickets. Seniors must be debt-free to the school district and have met graduation requirements in order to receive free tickets. No extra tickets are available.Make-up Exams must be scheduled with the teacher and are due by May 14, 2024 at 10:00 am.
May 16 -- Graduation. 4:00 pm. Location LECOM. Everyone must have a ticket--no open admission.Graduation (All information is subject to change.)- Seniors must be at LECOM Park (17th Ave. W entrance) by 3:00 pm with graduation uniform.
- Dress comfortably but school appropriate. Shorts are OK. No spike heels or flip flops.
- Seniors may NOT decorate or modify the cap & gown / graduation attire. Per admin, if they do, they cannot participate.
- Everyone must have a ticket except children under 3 who sit in an adult's lap. Guests enter off of 9th Street entrance.
- No open admission--even after the ceremony starts.
- Per Manatee Co. Sheriff's Department: NO RE-ENTRY. No large bags and bags must be clear per district policy, No balloons, flowers, arrangements, or noisemakers allowed.
- Though tickets are free, this is a ticketed event. I do not have extra tickets.
- PARKING IS VERY LIMITED. PLEASE CARPOOL. Limited Handicap Parking at corner lot (9th Street and 17th Avenue).
June 20 -- Official 2024 senior transcript will be available. Class of 2024 Seniors may have one free (official or non official) transcript after graduation. Form available in guidance in May 2024. Requests for additional transcripts.July 25 -- Summer Graduation for seniors who meet graduation requirements after spring graduation. More information to follow.

Graduate Information
Seniors must meet graduation requirements, be debt-free to the school district, and have paid graduation fees in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.Reminder: all textbooks, school items, and electronics must be returned to Southeast High School and debts paid to the school district before tickets will be given to ceremony-participating senior graduates. Check in FOCUS or Destiny (in the MySDMC SSO) to see if there is a debt on your account.
