  • Core Function of Department
    All procurement of supplies, materials, equipment and service paid for from district school funds shall be the responsibility of the Procurement Department under the direct supervision of the Director and shall be made in accordance with all applicable State statutes, Florida State Board of Education Rules, School Board policies and administrative procedures.

    To coordinate the purchases of all schools and departments through advanced planning, scheduling and group buying to save money and increase the efficiency of the daily procurement process for the school district.  To ensure that the district receives the best price using the best practices set forth in the school district policies.
