The division of Business Services oversees the departments of Finance, Budget, Procurement, Payroll, Medicaid Specialist, and the Allocation Administrator. This office also works with the Deputy Superintendent of Operations and the Deputy Superintendent of Instructional Services in overseeing union negotiations.

The current Deputy Superintendent of Business Services is Rachel P. Sellers.

Ms. Sellers previously served as Audit Supervisor for the Florida Auditor General from 2017 until January 2023. Prior to becoming Audit Supervisor, she served in the Office of the Auditor General as Audit Coordinator from 2012 to 2017, as Lead Senior Auditor from 2011 to 2012, and as Senior Auditor from 2001 to 2010.   She started working for the Auditor General in 1990.
