- WeManatee2020 Strategic Plan

Welcome to the future.
-
During the first-half of the 2019-2020 school year, we are going to be earnestly and enthusiastically involved in writing a strategic plan that will chart a course for our students, schools and employees to follow for the next three school years.
Components of the Strategic Plan will include creating a vision, establishing a mission statement, constructing goals, assigning accountability, developing Key Performance Indicators and organizing ways to analyze and measure results.
WE need YOU to get involved and participate in this process. The more voices we hear, the more complete our plan will be when it is ready to implement.
We are just getting started, so if you have any questions or would like to provide some input, please contact:

Stands for “We are the School District of Manatee County.” The emphasis is on the “We” because it takes an entire community’s support to make public education a success, and the success of our students benefits the entire community. We are all stronger when We stand together.
The "2020" stands for the year when the new strategic plan will be implemented.
Thank you for your interest in our strategic plan and for your continued support of our students and schools.
