- The Great Kindness Challenge
-
Lakewood Ranch High School's Hope Ambassador Club serves as the SAVE Promise Club chapter at the school. The club is led by co-sponsors Thomas Bellantonio and Samantha Biggs. The Hope Ambassador's Club has helped to spearhead the Great Kindness Challenge in their school over the past couple of years. This year, they also participated in Start With Hello week, to help spread a sense of welcoming inclusion across their campus. One of the activities saw Hope ambassadors make signs with “Hello” in different languages. Then, they went around the cafeteria letting the kids guess the words/languages for a lollipop. Check out the photos of both Start With Hello Week, The Great Kindness Challenge, and Say Something Week below.
