The Florida Department of Education (DOE), Office of Educational Facilities (OEF) requires the following forms for projects exceeding $300,000 (which include the majority of DCS projects):
OEF 110A - Project Implementation Information
OEF 110 B - Certificate of Occupancy
OEF 209 - Certificate of Final Inspection

State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) are the guidelines by which public schools and ancillary facilities are designed and constructed in Florida. This document works in conjunction with applicable building codes such as Chapter 423 of The Florida Building Code.
